All prints are non-refundable. If you receive a print that is damaged during shipping, we will replace it with a duplicate. If your print was printed incorrectly, I.E., misspelled or wrong name printed, we will replace it with the same print. The print will be replaced upon receipt and inspection of the incorrect print.
